[Mrs.Coral Wong Pietsch is a general in the U.S. Army Reserve, and an attorney, a very powerful position with ties to D.C., I'm sure. It has long been my suspicion that this may have played a roll in the lack of effort on the part of officials that has attended this matter. Each party's history I research has some relation to another, be it professional, academic, and even familial.]

retired as a colonel in 2000.
Tamara Elston graduated
from University of Washington, Tacoma in June with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and a minor in
nonprofit studies. Throughout her academic career at UWT, she consistently made the Dean's List and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Her hard work is now paying off. Next month, Tamara begins her career in her new home of Oahu, Hawaii. Elston's academic accomplishments landed her a plum training assignment in the Department of the Army. She will begin a two-year training assignment as a human resources internship at Fort Shafter in the Hawaiian Islands. After her internship, she will be assigned to an as-yet undetermined location.
As a civil servant, she will be trained in all aspects of HR administration. Her outstanding scholarship allowed her the opportunity to qualify for the job without an interview.
THE HR ASSISTANT
"They didn't interview me," said Elston. "They just called looking for an outstanding scholar. My GPA got me the job."
Elston said she is looking forward the sunshine and hopes to one day travel internationally.
"I hope to wrangle an overseas assignment in the next 10 years," said Elston.
